3rd SUNDAY ECSTATIC DANCE: BALANCE

This month, we explore Balance — the beautiful dance between giving and receiving, grounding and expanding, effort and surrender.

Join us at Kairos on the 3rd Sunday for an evening of embodied movement, connection, and play.

✨ Before the dance: We’ll gather for a Contact Improvisation workshop + demonstration, exploring movement through touch, weight, trust, and connection.

Then we dance… barefoot, wild, and free. 💫
