🌿 Opening Circle & Warm-Up

We begin together to settle into the space, ground our intentions, and warm the body for movement.

💃🏼 Ecstatic Dance

A free-form dance, no choreography, no talking on the floor, and phones down. Simply move how your body wants to move — judgment-free

✨ Sound Bath & Closing

We end with a gentle, grounding sound bath guided by Mikki, integrating the dance and bringing the nervous system into deep rest.

👗 The Goddess Closet Clothing Swap (Optional)

Bring something you’d love to pass on — or simply enjoy browsing and receiving.
