Ecstatic Dance at Zesti with DJ SaBou

Join us for ecstatic dance at Zesti Carts with DJ SaBou on Sunday, April 19th!

Doors open at 10:30am, opening circle starts at 11am.

Closing circle will start at about 12:15pm.

Tickets are $20 per person. All ages are welcome!

Ecstatic dance is a freeform, movement experience where there are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move. It’s a space to connect with your body, the music, and the community without talking on the dance floor, phones, or substances. You can move wildly, gently, playfully, or just sway with your eyes closed. It’s about expression, release, and feeling fully alive in your own rhythm.

Saffire Bouchelion (DJ SaBou) is an Embodyologist, a deeply devoted Rhythmatist, and a Music/Movement Alchemist who sources the love, joy and healing of Spirit into all that he does. As a professional percussionist he has performed on over 47 recording projects and had bands open for numerous International acts. Saffire holds weekly Drumming sessions, both with groups and for private students. He currently gives HandPan healing sessions to people in Hospice in Portland. His Children’s book, The Groove Goblin, truly encapsulates Saffire’s life philosophy.
