Join us for an evening of ecstatic dance at Studio Exhale in Cranston RI. The Electric Nomads will provide the live grooves to get you in the dancing zone, easing you in gently, then steadily ramping up the energy with a mix of drums, percussion and exotic instruments from around the world. When we hit the peak, we'll guide you back down to Earth for a soft landing with a soothing sound bath meditation.No prior experience required.
Bring a water bottle and a blanket or yoga mat to lie on for the meditation.
Payment is done at the door when you arrive.
