Music Vibe: Global bass/house, break-beat, eclectic folktronica, rhythmically diverse drawing from cultures and genres the world over.
Theme: Relax to Resolve, Resolve to Relax
Description: Move through the exhaustion without pushing, without forcing. Wren brings an invitation to see how much internal power you can generate through your dance. What needs to express, release, and transform so you can be a conduit for Divine Will? What are you forcing? What needs more breath and space so your resolve can manifest your vision effortlessly?
Bio: Wren LaFeet has been instigating dance parties since 2008. Always working with an awareness of the room he's in, Wren crafts dance sets that are sonic journeys facilitating deeper embodiment, connection and presence.
Having danced his own way towards freedom since 1998 with his roots in swing, salsa, hip-hop and contemporary styles, he holds a deep connection to the power of dance to liberate, and the importance of the music fueling the journey.
As a deep inner somatic practicioner himself, Wren innately understands his role as an ecstatic technician when behind the wheel of the spaceship: to open the pathway and invite dancers to go where few have gone before.
He also throws down booty bouncing bass sets that open up your sacral chakra and unwind your spine, as well as deep downtempo sets that drop you into the far reaches of the subtle currents of consciousness.
His broad musical tastes and hyper-attuned facilitation skills offer a container for the numinous experience of spinaesthesia to emerge: seeing sound as movement and becoming the music. Wren welcomes you home to yourself, to let go of what is not serving, and better still, integrate that shift and be danced into the divine.

Facilitator: Wren LaFeet
As a transformational movement facilitator, DJ, dance teacher and embodiment guide, Wren weaves social dance, mindfulness, neuroscience, the Gene Keys and so much more into his potent containers to foster connection, authentic relating and self mastery. He is a TEDx speaker, featured author in "ReInhabiting the Village", certified Attunement Therapy practitioner, HeartMath certified trauma sensitive educator and is in training to be an official Gene Keys Guide.
Description: We explore the weak power of water. Activating the metaphor of the river, we'll embody our strong container and our formless nature. Lead and follow require both to succeed. The river doesn't flow without its banks; the banks serve no purpose without their river. Through connection in the dance, we find that third thing that is greater than the sum of its parts.
