Arterrafest is sponsoring an Ecstatic Dance event at the Blue Lotus Temple on Friday, September 4th from 7-9p featuring DJ Big Heart-Chicago!

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, unchoreographed movement practice where you are invited to dance freely to a set by DJ Big Heart. This is a sober, substance free event where all are invited to remove their shoes and move their body with a goal of self-expression, emotional release, and physical embodiment rather than performance. Personal space and boundries are strictly honored along with no speaking so participants can stay focused on their inner experience.
