You’re Invited! 🌟Join us on Saturday, April 19 for a powerful and heart-opening afternoon of freeform movement, deep embodiment, and restorative sound healing. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, this is a welcoming space to move, rest, and connect—with yourself and others.
🌀 What to Expect:
This event blends ecstatic dance and sound healing into one intentional, flow-based journey. No dance experience is needed—just come as you are.
đź•’ Event Schedule
2:00–2:15 PM – Welcome + Settle In
Arrive, remove your shoes, place personal items in a cubby or the chill room, and get grounded in the space.
2:15–2:45 PM – Embodiment Warm-Up
Led by @holisticdante, this gentle session combines breath, Qi Gong, and intentional movement to help you arrive fully in your body before dancing.
2:45–4:15 PM – Ecstatic Dance Journey
A live DJ set by @damiana_music (Philly) featuring tribal instrumentation, grounding beats, and heart-expanding melodies. This is a space for free, expressive movement—no talking, no judgment, just pure embodiment.
4:20–5:15 PM – Sound Healing Cool Down
Guided by @katlovewell, this sound bath uses crystal bowls and soothing frequencies to help you rest, reset, and integrate. Lie down, relax, and receive. Perfect for calming the nervous system and balancing your energy after the dance.
5:15–5:30 PM – Community Sharing Circle
We close with space to share a word or reflection about your experience and connect with others. This is also a time for community announcements.
