Join us for an evening of music, movement, sound, and creativity! DJ Isha will guide you through an ecstatic dance journey before Darcy Leigh welcomes you into Paint Your Dreams, an intuitive painting experience inspired by the dreams, colors, feelings, and possibilities that emerge. Amy Nolte will bring us together for a closing reflection that connects the evening’s experiences.
Why dance before painting? Movement can help shift your attention from everyday thoughts into sensation, play, and expression. After dancing, you may feel more open to following an impulse, choosing unexpected colors, and creating without overthinking. We’ll carry that energy straight from the dance floor to the canvas.
No dance or painting experience needed. There are no steps to memorize and no perfect picture to make—just space to explore your expression alongside others.

Follow your own rhythm through a musical journey of free-form movement. Sway, shake, stretch, or get wonderfully playful! - Paint Your Dreams with Darcy · 30 minutes
Flow directly into intuitive painting, letting your movement inspire the colors, shapes, and dreams that appear on your canvas. - Closing reflection & sharing with Amy · 15 minutes
Amy will draw on her intuitive improvisation abilities to help us reflect on our expressive evening. Share as much or as little as you wish.
Meet Your Facilitators
DJ Isha | Ecstatic Dance & Movement
Isha is an ecstatic dance DJ, facilitator, and organizer of Ecstatic Dance Troy. Certified in Osho Active Meditations in Pune, India, she also holds a Master Sound Healing certification from a program in Goa, India. Her background includes theatre with Just More Theatre Inc. and equine-assisted healing with Fire Horse Healing. Bringing together music, movement, meditation, sound, and theatrical playfulness, she creates welcoming spaces for self-expression and connection. Her invitation: come as you are, follow your curiosity, and let your body lead.
Darcy Leigh | Intuitive Painting
Darcy is the founder of Creative Jam. Before building this creative community, she spent years in New York State government as a highly rated, award-recognized trainer and facilitator, designing and delivering learning experiences for thousands of employees. That work shaped her belief that people grow when they feel welcome and comfortable participating. At Creative Jam, beginners and experienced makers create side by side, discovering connection through making together.
Amy Nolte | Closing Reflection & Integration
Amy is an energy healer, accomplished professional improv actor, and puppeteer with Electric City Puppets. She brings her intuitive improvisation abilities to our closing circle, helping participants reflect on the movement, creativity, and discoveries of the evening.
