Ga mee op een reis van beweging, verbinding en zelfontdekking met de workshop Contact Beyond Contact, gegeven door CBC facilitator Yarun Dee. Contact Beyond Contact is een methode van dans en heling waarbij we de verbinding met onszelf en de ander (her)ontdekken. Het opent ons hart en vanuit hier gaan we door middel van dans en beweging op ontdekkingsreis naar heldere intenties, leiden & volgen, innerlijke grenzen, ja en nee voelen, voor authentieke verbinding met jezelf en de ander!
CBC heeft elementen vanuit Authentic Movement (AM), Contact Improvisatie (CI), Passing Through (PT), yoga, chi gong en meditatie. Deze workshop is voor iedereen die van dansen houdt, wil verdiepen in de dans met zichzelf en de ander. Voor deze sessie is geen achtergrondkennis of danservaring nodig.
Na afloop van de workshop is er een potluck en daarna kun je je ervaringen meenemen in de Ecstatic Dance reis.

Tussen de workshop en de Ecstatic Dance reis is er ruimte om bij te komen, met elkaar te verbinden en samen te eten. We doen dit in de vorm van een potluck diner. We vragen iedereen om hiervoor een bijdrage mee te nemen om met elkaar te delen. Het kan fijn zijn om er een briefje bij te doen met de ingredi毛nten vanwege eventuele allergie毛n en andere dieetwensen.

Na de workshop nemen we de ervaringen uit de workshop mee als verrijking voor de dansreis.
Ecstatic Dance in Wageningen is een meditatieve dansreis op blote voeten, zonder woorden, waarbij je in een veilige en toegewijde ruimte kunt experimenteren met beweging. Wees welkom om jezelf te uiten precies zoals jij het voelt in het moment, in speelsheid en verstilling, in contact met jezelf en anderen.
We openen en sluiten de toegewijde ruimte van beide onderdelen in een cirkel. Zorg dat je ruim voor aanvang aanwezig bent, zodat we samen aan de dansreis kunnen beginnen. Na aanvang sluiten wij onze deuren.

Would you like to feel more free and connected to yourself and others during Ecstatic Dance? Would you like to deepen your dance experience? Then Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is for you!
Join us on a journey of movement, connection, and self-discovery with the Contact Beyond Contact workshop, led by CBC facilitator Yarun Dee. Contact Beyond Contact is a dance and healing method that allows us to (re)discover our connection with ourselves and others. It opens our hearts, and from this space, we explore clear intentions, leading & following, inner boundaries, feeling yes and no, and fostering authentic connection.
CBC integrates elements from Authentic Movement (AM), Contact Improvisation (CI), Passing Through (PT), yoga, qi gong, and meditation. This workshop is for anyone who loves to dance and wants to deepen their experience. No prior experience or background knowledge is required.
After the workshop, there will be a potluck dinner, followed by the Ecstatic Dance journey, where you can integrate your experiences from the workshop into free movement.

Between the workshop and the Ecstatic Dance journey, we take time to rest, connect, and share a meal. We invite everyone to bring a dish to share in the form of a potluck dinner. It鈥檚 helpful to include a note with the ingredients for people with possible allergies and other dietary preferences.

After the workshop, you can bring the experiences from CBC as an enrichment to the dance journey.
Ecstatic Dance in Wageningen is a meditative barefoot dance journey, without words, where you can experiment with movement in a safe and dedicated space. You are welcome to express yourself exactly as you feel in the moment鈥攖hrough playfulness or stillness, in connection with yourself and others.
We open and close the dedicated space for both parts in a circle. Please arrive well before the start, so we can begin the dance journey together. Doors will close once the session begins.
