We gather once again in sacred rhythm and community for a heart opening evening of Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance at Corefit! @corefitllc
I am deeply humbled to bring this experience back by such beautiful demand.
We will begin by opening sacred space with Abuelita Cacao this ancient, loving plant medicine known as a natural heart opener. She invites us into deeper states of flow, trust, and surrender, gently guiding each of us to embody the wisdom she carries. Through intention, presence, and connection, we will receive exactly what is meant for us.
From this grounded and open space, we move into Ecstatic Dance a powerful practice of embodiment, healing, integration, expression, connection, and joy. This is a space where you are free to be fully yourself, to feel, to release, to celebrate, and to come home to your body.
To preserve the integrity of the container, ecstatic dance is held with a few simple agreements:
• No judgement zone 🚫
• No talking (during dance)
• No pictures (during dance)
• No shoes
This allows for a deeper inner and outer connection with yourself, the music, and the collective energy we co-create.
This offering is returning because of the incredible response it has received, and I am truly honored by how many hearts have been touched, inspired, and awakened through this experience. It is a gift to hold this space again and I am grateful Corefit has extended their hearts to welcome us into their space for this ceremony🥹🙏🏽
