Step into a two-day journey of movement, music, and deep embodiment—where dance becomes your guide, your medicine, and your expression.
This immersive experience is an invitation to explore the many facets of your being through the lens of archetypes—awakening the Innocent, the Lover, the Warrior, the Mystic, and the Phoenix within. Through ecstatic dance, somatic practices, yin yoga, sound healing, and creative exploration, we open a space where transformation happens naturally… from the inside out.

We begin by grounding into the body and arriving as a collective field. The day unfolds with a morning dance journey to awaken your inner Explorer—curious, मुक्त, and alive. Through contact improvisation and archetypal exploration, we move into the realms of the Lover and the Wild One—awakening connection, sensuality, and authentic expression.
The afternoon invites you to slow down and listen deeply. A nourishing yin yoga journey and immersive sound bath guide you into the archetype of the Receiver—where the nervous system softens and the body integrates.
This day is about opening, softening, and remembering your capacity to feel.

We gather again to activate the body through somatic movement and step into the Warrior—clarity, boundaries, and embodied strength. The afternoon ecstatic dance wave invites you through a powerful archetypal journey—moving from grounded rhythm into sensual flow and expansive presence.
As the day unfolds, we enter creative expression—giving voice and movement to the Artist and Visionary within.
After a nourishing dinner pause, we open the space to the wider community for a full-spectrum Ecstatic Dance experience. Here, the energy builds, releases, and transforms—inviting the playful Trickster and the rising Phoenix. This is where everything integrates—where you dance your truth, your release, your rebirth.
We close in circle, grounded, connected, and renewed.
