Kick Off December with an Ecstatic Channel DanceSacred Rose Dance is back after years away and we’re starting fun Sagittarius season with movement, healing and pure joyful energy.
Join facilitator Rose Jabbour for a two-hour transformational class designed to help you release stress, raise your vibration and glide through the holiday season with more ease.

🌸 Part One: Meditation, Reiki and gentle Yoga to unwind, let go and open your energy (1 hour)
🌸 Part Two: Slow dance, fast dance, cool down movement, stretching and a heartwarming sharing circle (1 hour)
