This class welcomes you with a soft, guided meditation then moves into a short warm up and a tension release exercise. Once you’re feeling comfortable in the space, the class moves into the the dance.This dance is a free flow movement practice that gets you into your body and out of your head by connecting your breath with your movements. With only loosely guided suggestions on how to move with intention, this practice is yours to play with entirely.
