ECSTASIS: a roadmap to expansive presence with Nico Allen

In this workshop, we will drop deeper into the 5Rhythms Waves map to see how each of the 5Rhythms can be used as gateways to expand our awareness + expression. We will listen with our whole bodies, express with our whole hearts, and surrender to the power of our creativity.

The Directions map of the 5Rhythms will inspire our dance and theatrical explorations, as we spend a weekend:

Nico is a 5Rhythms teacher, trained actor, vocal artist, and somatic explorer here to walk with you as you unleash the power hidden in your cells.

Through play, curiosity, and discovery we ask the body to show us where to go to access our most radical, fully expressed aliveness and wake up to the full spectrum brilliance inside you. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Nico offers 1:1 somatic work and leads the epic 5Rhythms series BODYYWERK, redefining just how liberating and healing a dance floor can be.

Prerequisites: All are welcome to join. No prior dance or 5Rhythms experience is necessary.
Note: This workshop counts towards 2.5 Days of Waves on the 5Rhythms Teacher training path.

• Up to 30 days before the workshop: Full refund will be granted, minus a $25 administrative fee.
• Up to 15 days before the workshop: 50% refund will be granted.
• Up to 7 days before the workshop: 25% refund will be granted.
• Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund will be granted.
