Decoupage Image Transfers

Decoupage involves image transfer onto multiple types of surfaces using cutouts, layers of adhesive, and varnish. Deriving from the French word ‘decouper’ or ‘to cut’, participants will learn about the applications of rice paper transfers, and transferring designs from household items to create vintage-looking decor.
