As breathing, living human beings, we have a thirst and innate desire to be connected, and if we look back 2-3 generations, our Grandparents lived so much more in harmony with the earth than we do today.
What happens when we feel connected to the natural world, to ourselves and to that peaceful feeling within?
What happens when you get still, and quiet, and reflect on your life?
Perhaps you've been through a major grief, perhaps you're yearning for something more meaningful and deeper, or maybe you're seeking answers. Or maybe you just feel curious about connecting deeper with the planet we live on - that is alive, growing, dying, experiencing - just like you are.
Join Ecotherapist, Artist, Transformational Coach and Wellbeing Maestro, Steph Mac, as she guides you, and a group of like-minded individuals, through the Bush, on a sensory, self-discovery, meaningful connection journey.
You'll walk away more connected, with more understanding and wisdom about your life lessons, why you are here, and how you can tap in with nature, your own creative nature, and prioritize your wellbeing, to really thrive in your life at this time.
