Join us for ECO//FLOW—a dynamic natural movement practice designed to build strength, mobility, and resilience while reconnecting body and mind to nature’s rhythms.
Led by Gail Mahon (Artist/Mover/Researcher), these sessions explore movement as a creative, whole-body experience, integrating elements of:

💪 Strength & Mobility – training for adaptability & longevity
🎭 Play & Flow – unlocking creative movement potential
This is open to ALL Wild Seekers looking to move beyond the gym, cultivate bone health, and develop a deep, intuitive connection to movement.
