During this retreat, a team of experienced nature-based facilitators and therapists will support you to delve into ways to create both personal and communal connections to the natural world, aiming to restore these essential relationships. Our expertise encompasses areas such as forest therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, permaculture, yoga, sound healing, herbal medicine, bioenergetics, and somatic body-based therapy.Step away from your everyday routine to unite and combine with the natural world— majestic trees, colourful birds, and flowing rivers. Our need for this connection is profound and essential, while the ecosystem urgently requires our attention and care.
Throughout the retreat, we will explore our evolutionary connection to the Earth and her seasons, becoming attuned to their subtle shifts. The retreat will include an introduction to eco-therapy combined with various therapeutic practices.
Cuisine:
Seasonal, Organic, and Vegan. Our retreat offers fully catered meals featuring seasonal and organic vegan cuisine. Each dish is freshly prepared on-site, ensuring the highest quality. We embrace the principle of ‘Ahimsa’—non-harm and compassion for all—creating an atmosphere filled with love and respect for every being. By avoiding meat and dairy, we practice kindness towards our fellow sentient beings.

A beautiful 300-year-old listed, renovated farmhouse and livery stables nestling in acres of Lincolnshire fields. Situated in North Hykeham - 5 miles from the centre of historic Lincoln and 2 miles from the A46.
