Welcome back to the Eclipsed Shadows Society! Together at this event, we will have relaxed discussions about our favorite horror films at Tampere Intercultiral Art Space (Pirkankatu 10) 🌚Each meeting we will focus on specific films from our list, investigate plots, characters and visuals. This event is open for those who enjoy chilling tales, hidden meanings and have an interest to go on a journey into the heart of darkness. It's time to embrace the unknown and dance with the eerie! 🌜
Horror club facilitator Daria has recently graduated from TAMK with a Bachelor's in Culture & Arts (Fine Art). Her BA thesis focuses on the visual language of female horror characters. Through found research and analysis, hopefully together we can uncover new meanings in the horror movies to be discussed.
Eclipsed Shadows Society meetings will take place on Fridays two times a month between 17.00-19.00 according to the following schedule:
1st meeting: 6.9.2024
2nd: 20.9.2024
3rd: 4.10.2024
4th: 18.10.2024
5th: 8.11.2024
6th: 22.11.2024
7th: 20.12.2024
The events are free of charge 💥Participant Limit: 15.
The discussions will be conducted in English to accommodate diverse participants 🇬🇧
