Join me for a special Full Moon Yoga Flow at Breach Inlet as we welcome the August Sturgeon Moon and witness a rare partial lunar eclipse.🧘♀️
Practice as the sun sets and the moon rises directly over the Atlantic Ocean.
Afterwards, feel free to stay with blankets to watch the earth's shadow cross the moon!
Yoga will be all levels, and there will be a little breathwork & meditation as well.
Bring a beach towel, water, and bug spray to be safe! Very dog friendly if leashed, kid friendly as well!

Sturgeon Moon & Partial Lunar Eclipse :This is a rare opportunity to practice during a near-total partial eclipse, where 96% of the moon will be covered by Earth's shadow later that night!!
