ECJ Rolling in the Waxahachie Parade of Lights

It’s that time again!
The 2026 edition of the Waxahachie Parade of Lights will take place on Dec. 1st and Ellis County Jeeps will again be a part of it.
Please make note of the times. We need to be lined up by 5:30 and the parade will begin at 6:30. As we do for the 4th of July parade, we’ll enter the park via the road in front of Jerry’s Tires, but will line up on Tenery St. as opposed to Jefferson. I’ll post a map later.
As always, lights are required. The more the better. If your Jeep is not lit, you will not be allowed to participate. For those of you joining us for the first time, we’ll post up tips and tricks to lighting your Jeep.
Rules are the same as every year, so please be aware…
No throwing candy from your vehicle. Only those walking can pass out candy. This is a safety issue and I can personally attest to what can happen. Ask me how I know sometime.
No Santa costumes. Santa hats are fine, but the only Santa in the parade will be the last entry.
