The King and Prince’s oceanfront restaurant, ECHO, will offer a special three-course Valentine’s Day dinner on Friday, February 14, from 5:00–9:00 p.m. Enjoy appetizers like a Bruschetta Trio (Tomato Garlic Basil, Strawberry Balsamic Mint, and Asparagus Parmesan) and a “four-way” Beet Salad. Entrée options include Tofu Poke Bowl, Fettuccini Vongole, Herb Roasted Lobster Tail with Risotto, and Beef Wellington. End the evening with a decadent Chocolate Dessert Buffet featuring a chocolate fountain, truffles, and more. The price is $90 per person or $189 per couple with a bottle of Circa 1935 wine. The menu will also be available on Saturday, February 15, for $89 per person (excludes dessert buffet). ECHO’s full menu will be available both nights.
