We invite you to arrive early to find parking and ease into the space. Albion Garden will welcome you with complimentary aromatherapy samples, helping you transition into a relaxed and receptive state before we begin.

Heart-Opening Cacao & Meditation
Our journey will commence with a grounding meditation, supported by the gentle heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao. This sacred elixir will prepare your mind, body, and spirit for deep introspection and connection.

Holotropic Breathwork & Energy Healing
Greta will guide you through a dynamic holotropic breathwork session, an intentional and powerful breathing technique that facilitates altered states of consciousness, deep emotional release, and profound inner clarity. Throughout this journey, Maya will channel Juta healing energy, amplifying your experience and supporting your energetic transformation.

Immersive Sound Bath
Maya will lead you into a deeply restorative sound bath experience after the breathwork. The vibrational healing frequencies of crystal bowls and other sacred instruments will help you integrate your breathwork journey, soothe your nervous system, and bring you into a state of profound peace and alignment.

Closing Ceremony & Community Integration
We will close the experience with a moment of gratitude and reflection, allowing space for integration and connection with community.

After we conclude the event, you are warmly invited to stay and explore the space, share your experience, and continue engaging in conscious conversations with like-minded individuals.
