Echoes of Earth: A Soundbath Journey with Estephanie Rose is an invitation to pause, listen, and rest within the rhythms of the natural world. Guided by resonant tones and grounding frequencies, this nourishing and immersive experience offers space to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with spirit through sounds of the natural world and beyond.

Using instruments such as an ocean drum, a chakapa, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, gong, flutes and more, the soundscape moves between earth and sky—into deeper realms of listening—through tones that feel both ancient and cosmic.

Come as you are—no doing, no producing—just deep listening and collective rest.

Bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, a blanket, and a pillow.

Disposable eye masks will be provided to deepen your meditative sound experience.
