Suspended in a silk hammock, you’ll be immersed in the resonant tones of multiple gongs while soft scents of sage, frankincense, and palo santo drift through the space. Carefully chosen essential oils and tinctures—hawthorn, rose, blue lotus—will be part of this multi-sensory experience, helping to activate your vagus nerve, support lymphatic flow, and release tension stored in the fascia.
As the sounds guide your brain into deeper states of coherence, the rhythm of the land—birdsong, wind, and the breath of the trees—becomes part of the healing field.
