Once a month, you’re invited to slow down, soften your nervous system, and rest in sound.This evening sound bowl journey is a deeply calming, immersive experience designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and return to a grounded, centered state. Through layered tones of crystal and metal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and resonant frequencies, the body is guided into a meditative state where restoration can naturally unfold.
You’ll be invited to lie back comfortably, close your eyes, and simply receive. Sound moves through the body in a way that doesn’t require effort or intention — allowing space for deep rest, emotional release, and energetic reset.
Each month’s session will carry a slightly different theme, aligned with the season and collective energy, while maintaining the same soothing, supportive structure.
