What better way to kickoff the new year than with a good ol' Jambalaya Cookoff? Join us for a JAM packed day of Competition cooking, sample tasting, live music and fun!This event will benefit Hogs for the Cause!

Patrons will be able to sample each of the jambalaya teams' dishes and vote for their People's Choice winner! $5 tasting ticket gets you a chance to try them all! PUBLIC SAMPLES START AT 11AM.

JAMBALAYA COMPETITORS INFO:
This will be a non-sanctioned, non-traditional Jambalaya Competition. Competitors will be asked to provide up to 250 samples of Jambalaya.
Heat source must be propane powered cooker. Competitors will provide all ingredients for their recipes. No limitations on ingredients.
Entry Fee:
$100/team- (4 person max)
Payouts:
Grand Champion- $1000
People's Choice- Custom Award
