This is a workshop for those who are ready to dive into the deep soulful landscape which is the gift of our very own human voice. Whether it’s singing, telling your story, speaking your truth or articulating your ideas confidently in front of others, at some point it will require courage, a little bit of guidance and soulful practice.Marcus Fung will guide us in a creative and embodied approach to curiously and unapologetically re-claiming the power of our voices.
How It Works
- introduction to Flow State psychology as a framework
- using embodied games, and exercises to liberate the judge, and enter into the
legendary flow state
- forms to explore and emote through singing, sounds, syllables, storytelling,
language and the breath
- we will explore solo, dyad and small group forms
- your intention + the support of a loving community + a skilled guided
