For the first time at Greenford Quay, experience canal-side saunas and plunge pools. Step away from the buzz of the market to unwind, reset and recharge, whether you’re easing into Friday evening or making the most of Saturday daytime. It’s a unique, feel-good addition designed to bring a moment of calm and wellbeing to the heart of the event.

This May, the event celebrates Mental Health Awareness, with a focus on wellbeing, connection and taking time out. Alongside a curated line-up of independent street food traders and live music, expect relaxed, drop-in workshops designed to encourage creativity, conversation and a chance to slow down within the energy of the event.

Whether you’re catching up with friends, spending time with family or simply carving out a moment for yourself, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a feel-good weekend by the canal.

Experience something completely new at Greenford Quay with two pop-up saunas and plunge pools set right by the canal – a true highlight of this month’s event.

Step away from the buzz of the market and take a moment to reset. Warm up in the sauna, cool off in the plunge and enjoy a refreshing, feel-good experience designed to leave you relaxed, recharged and ready to enjoy the rest of your day or evening.

Open across both Friday evening and Saturday daytime, this is your chance to try something different, whether you’re unwinding after work or making a day of it with friends.

Sessions will run on a drop-in basis, with registration available on the day. Spaces are limited, so we recommend arriving early to avoid missing out.

Ease into the weekend with CamperVanDisco, bringing feel-good tunes from a reclaimed vintage campervan right in the heart of the market.

Expect a laid-back mix of funk, soul, disco and crowd favourites as the sun sets over the canal. It’s the perfect backdrop to unwind after the week, catch up with friends and enjoy the moment.

Friday (5PM – 9PM):
Back by popular demand from last month, we’re excited to welcome Let’s Draw Now for a relaxed, fully inclusive drop-in workshop.

Join throughout the day for a gentle, creative session designed to support wellbeing and self-expression, open to all ages and abilities. Whether you stay for five minutes or settle in for longer, it’s a chance to slow down, switch off and enjoy a mindful moment through drawing.

No experience needed, just drop in and take part at your own pace.

• Children can take part in Artistry Dental’s “What does a smile mean to you?” drawing competition, with the chance for the winning artwork to be displayed in the surgery.

• Garden games, including giant chess and cornhole
