Join me for my annual Eating Disorder Awareness Week 10k at Seneca! Meet at bathrooms and run a 10k loop towards bowman field and around and finish on the loop!
This is not a race! This is a fun run event to celebrate our bodies and this community!
Don’t be intimidated if you’re not a runner, come and walk the loop around as much as you want!
Only thing I request is a BIG group photo before ❤️❤️❤️
AND there will be a moment for myself and Tavi to speak about the recovery journey and how important running is to our own mental health ❤️❤️🥳
