About Chef Zumah: Chef Zumah is a professionally trained chef with extensive experience in both professional kitchens and community culinary education. In 2025, he led the Culinary Bootcamps, sharpening their skills and mentoring Campers & aspiring chefs.
Committed to sustainability, Chef Zumah also completed a food waste prevention course with the United Nations, reflecting his dedication to both culinary excellence and environmental responsibility.
As he gears up for the upcoming Polar Pride event, Chef Zumah is excited to share practical, affordable, and nourishing cooking techniques that foster community, connection, and inclusivity in every dish.
