Hey, you! Yeah, you. Do you know what to do with lentils in the kitchen? Now's your chance to learn.
Join us on November 13th for this FREE hands-on class in the Salvation Army Kitchen, located at 1600 University Avenue Grand Forks, ND, and you'll learn how to make **Adas bil Hamod** a rich dish with lots of vitamins to support your body.
Because lentils are one of the three culinary heroes of this dish, we'll also talk briefly about six of the main types of lentils, how to prepare them, and what they're best used for.
Each month, we'll raffle off 1 Hugo's giftcard for $10, so don't miss your chance! Class is from 12-1 so we can take our time working through the recipe and everyone gets a chance to participate. Questions? Call the office at: 701-775-2597.
