Join me, in partnership with Franklin County Rec at the Essig Center (beside the YMCA) for an evening of W**d exploration. We will learn about some of the nutritional and medicinal weeds found all around us. Part of the class will be spent on a guided forage in the park behind the Essig Center, dress accordingly. We will also be sampling a variety of wildcrafted foods and herbal teas!
