Learn how to build a Superhero Rainbow Power Bowl!

Kids will learn how filling their bowl with a rainbow of colorful foods can turn healthy eating into a fun adventure! Choose fruits and vegetables in different colors—like red strawberries, orange carrots, yellow peppers, green cucumbers, blue blueberries, and purple grapes. Each color gives your body special nutrients that help you grow strong, think clearly, and have lots of energy to play. The more colors you add to your bowl, the more powerful your “rainbow meal” becomes! 🌈🥕🍓🥦🫐
