About this Event
A dynamic 1-hour workshop designed for both adults and kids, led by two facilitators—Sandra Lim, a plant-based nutritionist, and Hannah Oh, a regenerative agriculture expert—running parallel sessions.
For Adults:
An engaging, insight-driven talk that uncovers what’s really hidden in everyday foods—from sugars to ultra-processed ingredients. Walk away with practical tools to read labels, make smarter choices, and think like a food detective.
For Kids:
A hands-on, high-energy experience where children guess sugar levels, spot “food monsters,” and create their own. The session ends with making healthy, delicious energy balls—proving that good food can be fun.
Each ticket includes a $10 shopping voucher for Little Farms Serangoon Gardens Market and a $10 dining voucher for Little Farms Bar+Grill, Serangoon Gardens Restaurant, both valid on 23 May.
