NTAL welcomes Kristy Lindberg, a nationally certified and licensed professional counselor, to share her thoughts on what to do when the holidays are heavy with grief, loss, or depression. Kristy owns her own practice locally and specializes in grief counseling, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, anger management, and Christian counseling with an emphasis of caring for your whole person, mind, body and spirit.
