Emmanuel was the owner of The Garden on Central Ave. before 15th St Farm, amoung other restaurants. Learn from his years of experience in a beautiful setting while making new friends.

Join us in the farm’s commercial kitchen for a relaxed, hands-on class where you will prep and cook a dish, work with fresh ingredients, learn simple skills you can use at home and leave with a recipe card and a sample of what you made.
