Eastpoint Neighborhood Kickoff Party

Join The Fallon Company for a community-centric celebration as we break ground on Eastpoint - Nashville’s newest riverfront neighborhood. This event marks the official start of construction on a 30-acre, mixed-use district that transforms the East Bank from a landscape of surface parking into a vibrant, people-first community.

Eastpoint represents a return to the river and a reconnection for Nashville, prioritizing long-term affordability, family-supportive infrastructure, and meaningful public access to the Cumberland. Our vision begins with a commitment to locals; we are proud to partner with Elmington Capital to deliver Eastpoint’s first residential phase - an all-affordable building that will also house the neighborhood’s first childcare facility.

• Who: Featuring remarks by Michael Fallon (CEO, The Fallon Company), Mayor Freddie O’Connell, and LC Wallace (Director of Development, Elmington Capital).

This Community Groundbreaking is designed for Nashville community members of all ages to experience the site firsthand. We are setting a new standard for development by focusing on residents first and creating a neighborhood character that feels distinctly Nashville.

Activities & Programming:

• Ceremonial Shovel Turn: We are inviting local kids* join Michael Fallon, Mayor O'Connell, and LC Wallace for a unique groundbreaking to signify the neighborhood’s future. *Waivers must be signed
• Family Fun: Bounce houses, face painting, balloon artists, and a construction-themed sandbox for the kids.
• Live Art & Culture: A live Eastpoint mural creation with Creative Girls Rock, lawn games, and appearances by Nashville sports mascots.
• Local Flavors: Food trucks, refreshments, and a farmers market hosted by the team at Elmington.
• Neighborhood Vision: Explore renderings of Eastpoint’s future, showcasing the tree-lined streets, riverfront access, and the inaugural affordable housing development.
