Eastleigh Photowalk
About this Event
This Photowalk takes a relaxed loop around Eastleigh, starting at Eastleigh Railway Station, taking in Eastleigh's railway heritage and exploring the overlap of industrial architecture and everyday life.
Come and explore back streets and the High Street, capturing urban details, street scenes, architecture, and everyday life. The route includes crossing the railway bridge for elevated views before heading into the industrial area to photograph textures, and contrasting landscapes.
The perfect walk for people with an interest in photography, social issues, landscape and land use, the local area, housing developments, architecture and texture.
On the day
We will meet outside Eastleigh Railways Station on Southampton Road close to the statue of Charlotte Mary Yonge.
