And it's ALL FREE!
The Eastern Panhandle Health and Fitness Fair is Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and activities start approximately every 20 – 30 mins.
All you have to do is show up and we'll take it from there!
Why are we doing this all for free?
Because we are extremely passionate about helping our local community stay safe and in top shape year round so they can handle whatever this crazy world throws at them.
It's our mission.
So what's the catch?
Nothing. Nothing at all. We just want to do our part to help.
Come for 20 – 30 minutes or come for 3 hours. Come by yourself, come with a friend, or come with a group of friends.
It's completely up to you.
But spots are limited to the first 10 participants who call and reserve your spot.
Coach Dennis Stoika will be leading each activity.
