I will guide you through a transformational yoga practice which includes:

You can arrive 15 minutes before hand to get settled at the venue. BYO mat, small blanket, sheepskin if you use one, water, eye pillow & meditation cushion. I recommend having a light, healthy lunch up to two hours beforehand and arriving hydrated.

We start 8:30am and finish 10:30am QLD time Easter Monday, 6th April.
