Join us for some family friendly craft time! We will have a range of "junk modelling" materials available to get creative with. Our friendly craft volunteers will have some ideas to help inspire you, or you can help yourself and come up with your own project(s)!
There will also be a small selection of building blocks and medieval figures to play with for younger participants / those who need a little break from crafting.
We have plenty of space for crafters to move around along with some activities which can be done on the floor for those who don't want to sit at a table.
As this is not a guided workshop you are welcome to pop in for as long or as little as you like between 10:30am - 12:30pm (no need to worry if you are running late or you need to leave early!)
Relaxed and inclusive session, recommended for ages 5years + but all are welcome.
Ticket price includes access to the craft session and materials, a scavenger hunt with a sweet treat for completing, plus squash and a biscuit per child.
These workshops will be held in our beautiful main barn so there is plenty of space to move around, get creative but do remember it can get chilly when sat still in there, so we recommend layers to keep you cosy.
A responsible adult will need to remain at the barn with the child / children attending. Under 18s must be accompanied at all times whilst on our site.
Refreshments will be available. Cash and card payments accepted.
Parking is free, but limited at The Barn, BS36 1SE. Please lift share or arrange drop off / pick up where possible to help us reduce the number of cars on site.
We have an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities on site.
The primary purpose of this event is to raise money for WMBT and to support conservation, management, maintenance and improvement of the WMBT site.
If you wish to avoid the online booking fee then please contact the office to arrange a time to come and book in person.
