About this Event
Easter Dog Egg Hunt β A Fun Event for a Great Cause! πΆπ₯π
Join The Elm City Dog Project for our first-ever Dog Egg Hunt, where pups can sniff out treat-filled eggs and enjoy a fun-filled day, all while supporting a great cause! The Elm City Dog Project is dedicated to advocating for the welfare of dogs in Ecuador and New Haven, helping to educate, advocate for dogs' welfare, and build sanctuaries for those in need.
What to Expect:
πΎ Egg Hunt Fun β Weβll have 10-15 minute sessions based on three levels: Easy, Medium, and Hard, with different colored eggs containing treats suited for dogs with allergies.
πΎ Safe & Organized β All dogs must remain on leashes at all times; off-leash dogs will be asked to leave per local city and park rules. We will also space out the dogs to minimize any conflicts.
πΎ Vaccination Requirement β Upon check-in, owners must show proof of vaccinations for their dogs to participate.
πΎ Prizes & Golden Eggs β Dogs that collect the most eggs will win small prizes, and weβll also have special golden eggs with extra surprises, including 2-3 grand prize baskets!
πΎ Local Vendors β Enjoy shopping and learning from local pet-friendly businesses that will be joining us.
πΎ Participation Fee β There is a $5 entry fee per dog, which will go directly toward supporting The Elm City Dog Projectβs mission to advocate for and improve the welfare of dogs in Ecuador and New Haven.
Come out, have fun, and help make a difference! ππ
