Some helpful information:
Please find one of the 2 Registration Tables located either in the back parking lot by Traford Lane or glass doors on the Giant side. Please line up behind the "Pre-registered Families" line for easy check in. Provide your name and you will receive: A welcome bag with a map of locations and times for egg hunts by age as well as other fun stations to check out! Your child will also receive a sticker to wear indicating they are registered and ready to find some eggs!
Check-in at Welcome Tables: 10:00-10:15am (Each table will have 2 lines: 1) pre-registration check-ins 2) day of registration)
Easter Egg Hunt Times and Locations by age: 10:15-10:30 Ages 2-3, West side of building, 10:35-10:50 Ages 4-5, Back Playground by Traford Lane, 11:00-11:15 Ages 6-7, Front School Playground, 11:20-11:35 Ages 8-10, Back Playground by Traford Lane
To help ensure their are plenty of eggs for all of our egg hunters, we will have a 25 egg limit per child. Thank you for your help in monitoring this!
We have various stations to visit before/after your egg hunt! Areas with upcoming egg hunts will be taped off. Children are welcome to play on the playgrounds after the egg hunts have concluded!
Our Prince of Peace Youth will be having a bake sale by the refreshment table to raise money for their summer trips. Please consider bringing cash or a donation to help support them!
Due to blocked off areas for stations, parking is limited. Please consider parking at Kirkwood Presbyterian Church on Traford lane, the medical buildings parking lot off of Traford lane or the Giant Parking lot.
