Celebrate Easter Sunday at the Mathis House

First course: Victorian Charcuterie Teacup with a shrimp cocktail, cheeses, and salami with honey, nuts, and apricot preserves.
Second course: Mixed green salad with blueberries, strawberries, feta cheese, and walnuts, served with raspberry vinaigrette, and warm bread & herbed butter.

Third course: Choice of soup: Carrot coconut, zucchini parmesan, or beef barley with filet mignon.

Fourth Course:A plate with a warm, delicious scone with clotted cream, lemon curd, and strawberry preserves.

Main Course on buffet:• Sliced honey-baked ham
• Filet mignon tips in a brown gravy
• Rosemary pork tenderloin
• Garlic mashed potatoes
• Stuffing with Italian Sausage
• Vegetable quiche
• Roasted Brussel sprouts with craisins and baby carrots
• Green beans with mushroom gravy and bacon

Dessert:A variety of petite-sized desserts, a chocolate-covered strawberry, a carrot cake cupcake with buttercream frosting, a homemade spring cookie, and a French macaron.Featuring Cream Ridge Wines and live piano music.
