Wong Way Veg is bringing their wildly loved Easter Brunch back to the sanctuary for one of our favorite celebrations of the year.Join us for a beautiful spring afternoon filled with incredible brunch offerings, an eco-friendly Easter Egg Hunt for kids, and most importantly, meaningful time spent with some truly unforgettable rescued animals.
Spend your brunch surrounded by gentle giants, curious goats, affectionate pigs, dignified cows, mischievous sheep, and all the wonderfully complex beings who call the sanctuary home. These are animals with rich stories, deep bonds, and personalities that never fail to charm visitors.
This Easter celebration is designed for animal lovers of all ages. Whether you’re coming for the food, the fresh spring air, or the joy of connecting with animals, this is an experience that feels both festive and deeply grounding.

11am-12:30pm, Easter Egg Hunt at noon.
Your ticket price covers your entrance to the sanctuary. Brunch items available separately from Wong Way Veg.

Visitor Guidelines
Broken Shovels Farm Sanctuary exists as a safe place for animals rescued from abuse, neglect, slaughter, and exploitation. We do not breed or sell animals.
This is not a petting zoo.
While many of the animals enjoy affection and interaction, they are not here as entertainment, but as individuals living their lives in a space designed for their comfort, autonomy, and wellbeing.
You are visiting their home.
We ask all guests to treat the animals with kindness and respect. Not every animal will want attention, and that choice must always be honored.
Many residents are in various stages of recovery from injury, illness, or trauma. Our care decisions are guided by veterinary expertise and long-term welfare priorities. We welcome thoughtful questions about the animals and their care.
Please follow all posted rules for the safety of the animals and fellow visitors. Those found in violation of guidelines may be asked to leave.
