Join the American Coaster Enthusiasts of Eastern Pennsylvania for Eastcoaster on Saturday, February 1, 2025! The event will take place at a NEW LOCATION, the Best Western Premier – The Central Hotel & Conference Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and will feature presentations from your favorite amusement parks, legendary manufacturers, a delicious lunch, meet friends old and new, surprises, door prizes, silent auctions and more! We'll also be screening ACE's latest documentary, "The Legacy of Schwarzkopf," during lunch!
This event is only open to ACE members and their guests!

All-you-care-to-eat - Minestrone soup (VEG, GF, V), tossed ceasar salad (VEG), chicken parmigiana, five-layer meat lasagna, pasta primavera (VEG), baked haddock topped w/ herb cream sauce (GF), roasted red bliss potatoes, green beans (VEG, GF, V), fresh baked rolls and butter and assorted cakes and pies.

The Best Western Premier is located 15 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), 15 minutes from downtown Harrisburg and 25 minutes from Hershey. The hotel is also the site of Eastcoaster.
Amenities include free parking, free wifi, indoor pool, fitness center, on site restaurant and bar and more. A free airport shuttle to Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is available and is based upon availability during the times of 5am to 11pm. RATE: $159.95 per room per night (plus taxes and hotel fees). Rate is valid for the nights of January 31 thru February 2, 2025. ACE EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA REGION T-SHIRT
Show off your regional pride and purchase our brand new region t-shirt! The shirt features the state of Pennsylvania, icons representing each of the 5 major amusements in the Eastern PA region, trees that represent the many state forests and rivers that cleverly look like roller coasters. The shirt is produced by Gildan and is made of a cotton/polyester blend. The men's shirt color is heather navy and the women's shirt color is antique sapphire.

Table reservations are available to registered attendees at a cost of $10 per table. (Limit of 2 table per vendor) There's an additional charge of $10 per table if access to power is requested.
