About this Event

East Wellington Park Planting Event - in partnership with the City of Nanaimo

Join us to help restore East Wellington Park by planting native trees and shrubs and making a positive impact on our local ecosystem!

What to bring/wear:

• Closed-toe shoes and long pants
• Weather-appropriate clothing that can get dirty
• A hat, sunscreen/rain gear as needed
• Water bottle
• Gloves, if you have them (we’ll also provide gloves and tools)

Parking: The park parking lot is small, but additional street parking is available nearby.
