Contestants prepare items at home, enter on Friday morning, March 27. Twelve Categories (pies, cakes, breads, cookies, Tex-Mex, International, & more). Categories subdivided into approx 75 CLASSES (white cakes, yellow cakes, cup cakes, upside downcakes,& more.) Eighteen judges, mostly professional chefs, culinary instructors, etc. GREAT PRIZES for winners.
