East St. Tammany (Slidell) Magnificat Breakfast - Michelle Seghers

The Magnificat Breakfast of fellowship offers women a chance to share and enjoy one another in an atmosphere of God's presence and love. This meal will provide a buffet breakfast served by Pinewood Country Club, communal praise and worship open to the Charismatic gifts, and personal testimony of guest speaker, Michelle Seghers.

Beginning with her childhood, Michelle was blessed with numerous amazing experiences, instilling within her an early love for the Lord and His Church. She later moved to Southern California to marry her husband, Jimmy Seghers. They planned to sail around the world on a sailboat with their, then, five children, but God only used that plan to introduce the idea of home schooling into their lives. Instead of sailing, God called Jimmy and Michelle to found Totus Tuus Ministries—leading them back to Southern Louisiana—and blessed them with a total of nine children. Michelle completed her 28th and final year of home schooling. In addition to her ministry at home, Michelle has been called to minister within her church community in a wide variety of ways over the years. She especially loves to share just how much God loves each person, which only leads to joy! Currently, she works as the Event Coordinator and Office Manager for Magnificat. Michelle has spent her life helping to build the Kingdom of God.
